Collection can be discussed with our team. Confirm the actual stock location, appointment, vehicle requirements, and loading arrangements before booking transport.
Shipping costs
Freight is quoted for the specific order and destination. The cost can depend on the total weight, dimensions, number of pallets, distance, and whether the delivery address is residential or commercial.
Tell us whether you have a loading dock or forklift, whether a liftgate is needed, and whether the site has access restrictions. These details help identify the service and charges that should be included in the quote.
Delivery times

International and ocean-container journeys may also depend on port schedules and customs clearance. Allow for these steps when planning your stock arrivals.
International shipping & your own provider
If you are planning an export order, share your destination, proposed load size, and freight-forwarder details with Bulkbox. Confirm the documents, collection arrangements, and responsibilities for the shipment before purchase.
Ask your forwarder to confirm the customs, duties, clearance, and destination charges that apply to your shipment. If you prefer to use your own carrier, get the collection and labelling requirements agreed before arranging pickup.
Receiving your order
Check the delivered pallet or consignment against the transport documents. Photograph visible damage, packaging issues, and labels, and record any concerns on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing.
