Buying from Bulkbox
Tell our team whether you’re buying for a business and where you plan to resell. Confirm the buyer details or documents needed for your order before paying. Requirements for tax exemptions, imports, and your resale channel should be checked separately.
You can contact Bulkbox to discuss a lot without first placing an order. Share your name, the product or SKU, the quantity you’re considering, and your delivery destination. We’ll confirm any account details needed for a real order.
Start by reviewing the lot and confirming its availability, condition, quantity, total price, and delivery arrangements with our team. Our current products are labelled sample listings and cannot be purchased. See how buying works for the full process.
Where a listing has a Make an Offer button, use it to send your proposed total and requested quantity. An offer starts an enquiry; acceptance and final terms must be confirmed. On sample products, the form runs in demonstration mode and saves or emails nothing.
Ask us to confirm the full order total and any applicable tax before you pay. If you intend to claim an exemption, ask what documentation is needed before the order is finalised. The advertised merchandise price alone should not be treated as the full delivered cost.
Online checkout payment methods are not currently enabled. Contact Bulkbox for the payment options and written instructions that apply to your real order. Confirm the lot, amount, and business payment details before sending funds.

Ask our team for the current photographs and available details for the specific lot. If you want an inspection or call, confirm what can be arranged before making travel plans. The stock photos on products marked “Sample” are illustrative.
Yes—send the product name or SKU and explain what you want to check, such as seals, packaging, accessories, or the condition mix. We’ll discuss the information available for the actual lot.
Manifest availability varies by lot. Request the available item list and ask whether quantities are counted or estimated. A manifest does not, by itself, confirm every item’s condition. Read our condition and manifest guide.
Condition and buying considerations
Check the condition stated for the particular lot. Wholesale stock can be described as overstock, shelf pulls, returns, or mixed condition, and those labels mean different things. Our product conditions guide explains what to ask.
Ask about expiry or batch dates, seals, storage information, and packaging condition for the actual stock. This is especially relevant for beauty, personal care, and food products. A sample listing’s example details do not confirm the condition of real inventory.
Allow for inspection, sorting, incomplete items, and differences in demand. Ask about testing and known defects, then compare the total buying and delivery cost with your own resale plan. Reference retail values do not guarantee resale earnings.
Contact Bulkbox promptly with the order details, photographs, and relevant delivery paperwork. Keep the packaging and records while the enquiry is reviewed. Confirm the return and issue-resolution terms for your specific order before paying.
Contact us as soon as you need a change. Whether cancellation is possible, and any charges involved, depend on the agreed terms and the order’s status. Ask for the cancellation terms in writing before committing.
Shipping, pallets and truckloads
Ask for a quote for the actual lot and destination. Share the ZIP code, whether the address is commercial or residential, and any loading dock, liftgate, or access requirements. Confirm which services and charges are included.
Discuss the freight arrangements before confirming your purchase. Provide the product or SKU, required quantity, destination, and unloading details so the applicable quote can be reviewed alongside the merchandise price.
Start with the categories and volume you need, then confirm the load details, dimensions, weight, access, and unloading responsibilities. Capacity varies with the stock and loading plan. Our container-load guide covers larger-order planning.

Use the tracking or freight reference supplied for your confirmed shipment. If you need an update, contact Bulkbox with your order reference; keep the carrier and delivery information with your records.
Do not assume a wholesale lot includes direct delivery to individual retail customers. Tell our team how you plan to fulfil orders and confirm whether the requested delivery service is available before buying.
